      Hello Sri Harsha,

First thing this happened only when trying to run a custom page from JDeveloper on your local machine. So this will not happen if you register and upload the page to the server.

I use APPLICATION DEVELOPER responsibility under the FND application in the development phase, and everything works fine. Please see the screenshot below:

      Jdeveloper project properties

Also, don’t forget to enter the user that has application developer responsibility.

For some reason unable to attach screenshot of the PRoject Properties screen. BUt I changed it to FND/APPLICATION_DEVELOPER, did Project Rebuild and tried running the Page again but still fails with error: “Could not find the specified responsibility”

      Hi,

I am also facing the same error, and I tried with the responsibility key/application short name: APPLICATION_DEVELOPER/ FND and SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR too.

      Please suggest.
